Meet Katrina
Katrina has spent two decades working with organizations to improve their business results by changing the way they work. She focuses on strategy implementation through business process, organization, and human resource system design. Her focus is on collaborative and creative problem solving in partnership with her clients.
Katrina also has extensive training, facilitation, and survey design experience. She has led numerous projects that have helped companies implement their business strategies through leadership and career development initiatives. Katrina has worked across a broad range of industries with clients that include: Boston Scientific Corporation; Citigroup; ExxonMobil; InterContinental Hotels Group; MetLife; Motorola; RR Donnelley; Rockwell Automation; Southern California Gas/Sempra; Takeda; Texas Health Resources; and Walgreens Boots Alliance.
Katrina received an M.P.A. from the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, where she was a Truman Scholar. She also holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado, where she was a Presidents Leadership Class scholar and a Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude graduate.
Katrina lives in Louisville, KY, with her husband and two children. She is actively involved in local community leadership development through the Leadership Louisville Center. She also volunteers in numerous roles with local and national organizations to advocate for cancer research and to provide support for cancer patients and their caregivers, and she serves as a consumer reviewer for federally funded cancer research programs.
