Jayne is a business leader whose specialty is Human Resources. She started her career in sales and marketing, moved to operations and realized that people sit at the crossroads of customer results and company success. She has spent the last 20 years building expertise in organization effectiveness, change management, leadership and talent  to drive business critical outcomes. 

She has held both generalist and specialist roles in Human Resources. She has worked both internal to companies and external as a consultant. She has also worked across a broad scope of industries and businesses including General Electric, Intel, Hilton, PWC, Accenture, The RBL Group, Flex, Siemens, IBM, Applied Materials, Northrop Grumman, Air New Zealand, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Rio Tinto, Singapore Government, Staples, and Swire Coca Cola USA.

With this background as a foundation, she established her own consulting practice in 2018, People Keystone Consulting Group.  Her focus is on aligning the outside customer with internal talent to achieve organizational success. She uses her expertise in organization diagnosis an design to align the work to customer outcomes. In 2020 she joined efforts as a principal with Concinnity Group to provide her HR, change and talent expertise.

Jayne completed her undergraduate degree at Utah State University and went on to do her Masters in Organizational Behavior at Brigham Young University, where she currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the MBA/HR Program. In addition, she completed General Electric’s intensive two-year Human Resource Leadership program which includes her certification as a Six Sigma Greenbelt. She’s a executive coach and currently participates as a coach for MIT’s Technologoy Transformation Leadership Program.
