Meet Adam
Adam is a Principal with Concinnity Group who combines his 20+ years global experience and domain expertise to help clients advance business priorities through organization design, leadership development, and strategic HR alignment.
Prior to the Concinnity Group, Adam established and led the Middle East Region consulting practice as the Managing Director for The RBL Group, based in Dubai and then London. In addition to business development and operational responsibilities, Adam successfully helped clients achieve HR transformation, change, and leadership development priorities.
In addition to Adam’s 10+ years consulting experience, he also worked for General Electric (GE) where he graduated from GE’s HR Leadership Program and held roles of increasing responsibility in a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, and oil and gas.
In these roles, Adam partnered with senior leaders to achieve business objectives and build organization capabilities by aligning and leading human capital initiatives such as succession planning, leadership development, organization diagnosis and design, performance management, talent acquisition, and development of compensation and incentive programs.
Clients include Alexion, ADIA, Saudi Aramco, Oman Oil Company, McDonald’s, Emirates NBD, Bupa, McKesson, Bank Muscat, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Bayer, United Health Group, KAUST, Takeda, Sanofi, GOSI, Majid Al Futtaim, and others.
Adam earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and has 20 years results-focused experience partnering with global business leaders. He is fluent in Romanian, travels extensively, and has lived in a number of countries including Canada, Romania, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States of America where he is based currently.
