Meet Randall
Randall has over 40 years’ experience helping multi-national businesses improve their performance—both as a consultant and as an executive. He spent 22 years as a partner in various large and boutique consulting firms (Mercer Delta, Oliver Wyman, Novations Group and Senn-Delany). He was most recently a senior executive (11 years), at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), as Head of Organization and Planning, He has expertise in Dynamic Strategy Development, Building Strategy and Business Planning Systems, Creating Dynamic Organization Design, and Organization Simplification and Responsiveness.
Randall has extensive experience in different geographies and cultures (Middle East, South America, Europe, Asia and North America).
